Mister Mom

Our 3 bunnies have been temporarily housed in my sister and brother in law's basement for the last year. We feed them fresh veggies twice a day every day. Traveling back and forth together or separately has been simple, if not easy. Now it's a bit more challenging trying to coordinate the outing. We now have the questions do you want to go feed the bunnies or should all 3 of us go together? The latter is becoming the regular lately, except for yesterday. Ajay was sleeping with a warm belly full of milk and Chris was diligently working on a few projects, so I volunteered to go feed the bunnies.

After I fed the girls, I sat in Bree's living room and zoned out a bit, then played Origami spaceship with Evan for a few minutes, and chatted with Bree about gardening for a while. About an hour later, I came to my senses (thanks to my super-efficient mammary glands) and decided to head back home. Of all the times to leave my cell phone at home, this was not it.

Upon opening the door to our apartment, I was greeted with a huge smile from my Mister-mom and he said,

"He's been nursing my arm for about 15 minutes."

I was speechless and thankful and, again, jealous, but so glad Chris was able to comfort Ajay until I came home.
Chris is so proud of his baby-hickey on his right bicep. Well, done, Mister!
